  • How Can I Install The App?

    You are required to have a Shopify store to be able to use this app. From the below given link you can install the app by entering you Shopify store URL and clicking on install button.

  • What Is The Monthly Fee For The App ?

    This app is available at the pricing of $9 per month.

  • How to uninstall the Gift on Order App?

    To uninstall the app, you need to remove the app from the "Apps" menu of your Shopify Store,
    Go to your Shopify store backend>> Visit the "Apps" section >> Here click the "Delete" button to uninstall the Gift on Order App.

    NOTE:- As soon as you remove/uninstall/delete the app on your Shopify store, we will send you an email asking you to allow us to delete the app-related data from our end. Kindly confirm the same.

  • What Is The Purpose That The App Is Solving ?

    Shopify Gift On Order enables you as admin to assign free gifts to order exceeding a set amount and much more.

  • How To Configure The App ?

    In order to display free gift on front end you will have to copy the code given on home page of the app and paste it to respective .liquid file

    Follow the below process:

    -Go To Themes.
    -Click on Customize Theme button.
    -Click on Edit HTML/CSS button.
    -Select respective template or .liquid file as given in instructions.
    -Paste the code and save.

  • From where can i set the minimum purchase value?

    You can set the minimum purchase value for the gift to be added in cart whle creating the GIFT RULES from Gift rule section.

  • How to create new gifting rules?

    Clicking on the Add button in the Gift Rule section you will be redirected to the section where you can create rules, set up the minimum order value to get eligible for the free gift, choose products for gifts rule & make default gift, enable/disable the rule.

    Also you can also set the period within which the rule and gift will get applicable and much more.

  • Any important fact about the app?

    Gift on order app requires the theme to have the Cart set to Page and not Drawer. Go to your store's customize theme page to update your theme's cart type.

  • Is it possible for customer to add more than one gift product to cart?

    No, the Customer can't add more than one gift product to the cart. By default, one gift product will get added to the cart once a gift rule satisfies.

    The customer can view all the gift products on the cart page but choose one as per the choice.

  • Can I change the text of Gift Rule Heading & Sub-headings visible on the Cart Page?

    Yes, You can change the text from the Gift Rule section of the App. 

    Please follow the below-given steps for the same:-

    -Login to the App.
    -Visit the Gift Rule section.
    -View the Gift rule for which you want to edit the text.

  • Can I set a gift rule based on products like if a buyer purchases product X, he will get a product Y free?

    Yes, You can set a rule according to which if a buyer purchases product X, he will get a product Y free gift.

    Follow the steps to add product rule for gifts:-

    -Enter the Gift RULE INFORMATION
    -Gift Rule Status: Make the gift rule active by enabling this option.
    -Gift Rule Name: Enter the gift rule name.
    -Description: Enter the gift rule description.
    -Select Gift Product Default Gift.
